Contribution to Business Growth via creative initiatives undertaken to:
• Improve business pipeline
• Strengthening digital presence of business and product
• Aligning to metrics (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral – Revenue)
• Conceptualising, testing and optimising marketing solutions for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, targeted campaigns etc.) and conversion rate optimization
• Analyse, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives
Daily Job would entail:
• Fighting churn & spreading product evangelism by:
– Managing all channels of user acquisition and constantly evaluating product-channel fit for growth in a goal-based setting
– Briefing, planning and executing & tracking App Install campaigns end to end
– Ensure the weekly goals on Activations vs CPA is met as per business goals
– Ensure consistency of brand and messaging
– Identify early signs of detraction and deploy daily/weekly/monthly tactical solutions to curb churn
